Backup Defender is a fully managed service of Big Iron Ltd. To ensure that we can deliver the best possible solution for your business, a Technical Specialist will visit you onsite to accurately assess your specific backup requirements and tailor a solution for your business accordingly. Once the requirements have been clearly defined, we will install and configure the Backup Defender software onsite and provide the necessary training to get you up and running.

The Backup Defender service is monitored constantly to ensure optimal performance and reliability is delivered to our customers at all time. Please note, that while the service itself is monitored, the data being backed up is encrypted using a highly complex Encryption Algorithm and is completely inaccessible by anyone other than the owner of the data - this includes Big Iron staff.
